EV Power - a Charging Service Provider
The chargers are connected on E-Charge, which is a platform that drivers can look up the real-time status of all charging stations and can inspect the charging progress. With the increasing charging infrastructure, EV drivers can enjoy a safe and user-friendly charging experience.

Over 100 car parks in Hong Kong have installed our charging stations and more than 40 of them allow public access. We have served many residential and corporate clients. We are currently the public charging partners of Porsche, BMW and BYD.
We provide our clients with a variety of services including installation for private charging; consultancy and design for public charging; training for charging system; management and maintenance of charging stations; as well as the internet connection for the charging stations. Public Charging Service
We are the only company providing complete public charging service in Hong Kong. All our public charging stations are connected with E-Charge. We monitor and manage the status of all the E-Charge charging station in Hong Kong. User can simply check where available charging station through our webpage or E-Charge App has.
Users can easily apply for E-Charge membership and it is free of charge. Users would only have to fill in their name, email and mobile number on the platform.
Our EV-Link will be delivered to the user in the next business day. Or you can ask EV dealer for our E-Charge Starter Pack for quick registration. Just 1 minute process, you can enjoy charging all over in Hong Kong.
Charging Fee will be deducted at the account but not at the EV-Link. Our fee structure is simple to understand. The fees would be charged according to the duration of charging on an hourly basis. We offer two payment methods, either by advanced payment or by month. Users opting for advanced payment method would first have to add value to their account. Fees would be deducted accordingly after the completion of each charging attempt.
Users will receive an SMS alert if their balance goes below $10. Users opting for pay-by-month method shall first pay a deposit, and pay their monthly outstanding balance at the end of each month. The bill will be sent to user’s email box and the user’s mobile. Subsequently, the fee would be collected through bank transfer.
We are also the official partner of public charging for BMW to provide ChargeNow Service in Hong Kong.

What is RAS?
"Private Electric Vehicle Charging Service - Residential Apartment Scheme (RAS)" aims to offer a long-term solution for Electric Vehicle (“EV”) users to enjoy and Incorporated Owners (“IO”) / Building Management Office (“BMO”) to handle the rapidly increasing demands on the convenient home charging of EV. RAS focuses mainly on carparks located at residential buildings. For each carpark, EV Power’s professional project manager and engineer will conduct site inspections and provide the most suitable construction plan of EV Charging Infrastructure (“Infrastructure”) to IO/BMO for review and approval.
Upon approval granted by IO/BMO, EV Power will build the Infrastructure at its own capital investments and enable the carparks to be “EV Ready”. Tenants of EV Ready carparks can thus enjoy the safe and reliable EV charging services at their private parking spaces by easy and simple subscription of suitable monthly service plans in low cost.

A Charging Network of a City
E-Charge – Intelligent Charging Network
E-Charge is an online platform that connects all car park chargers together. On this platform, drivers can look up the real-time status of all charging stations and can inspect the charging progress. This is to ensure that the whole charging process is simple, user-friendly and safe. Since the number of charging stations on the market is limited, drivers are always concerned about the potential risks of not having any available charger nearby. The reserve function of E-Charge would enable drivers to reserve a charger in advance.
It is a networked platform which connects and manages EV chargers in HK. EV drivers can check not only the location of chargers but also the real time status of the stations through the system and find the most suitable charging station around. E-Charge provides a secure and trustworthy charging experience to EV drivers. It will alert the user if the charging is completed or if any fault is detected. E-Charge also acts as a powerful operational tool to car park owner.

The reservation process is very straight-forward. Drivers can log on to the E-Charge Platform or mobile application and look up the locations for all charging stations. Chargers available for reservation would show a green icon on the screen. After selecting a specific charger for reservation, it would block out the next 30 minutes exclusively for that driver. In that period, no other person can use the charger. If the person who booked the charger has not showed up 30 minutes after the booking, the reservation will be cancelled automatically.

Medium Charger Introduction
EVC Series Medium Charger
Our EVC Series Charger is our best-sell charger which is designed for car park in a small city like Hong Kong. It supports IEC62196, SAE-J1772 and GB-20234 multi-standard with single phase or three phase output up to 4kWh / 7kWh / 21kWh / 40kWh. It is universal and can support charging for all kind of electric vehicle. With bright colour LED, charger status can be shown clearly. An OLED display can show charger status and detail in different languages. With internal power meter, 300 charging record can be stored and downloaded through mobile. Our charger embedded with EV-Link reader that only authorized EV-Link can be used for activation.
During charging process, our internal lock will lock up the charging cable to make sure a secure charging process. Only the same EV-Link can be authenticated for deactivating the charging.

With E-Charge Connectivity, the EVC charger can simply connect to the E-Charge Charging Network allowing charger management through Internet.
The charging procedure is simple. First, connect the charging cable to the charger and the vehicle. Second, tap the EV-Link on the charger. The charging process shall commence immediately. The user can select the charging speed and duration either on the charger’s surface interface or through the mobile application. The user will receive a SMS alert upon the completion of charging or upon charging error. When charging is complete, simply tap the EV-Link once more and discharge the cable. Then the user is good to go.

EVQ Charger Introduction
EVQ Charger
Our EVQ Charger supports both CHAdeMo (Japanese Standard) and IEC Combo (European Standard) Quick Charging Mode. Quick Charger with 50kWh model can charge up a BMW i3 or Nissan Leaf from empty to 80% in 30 minutes. There are also 20kWh version that has less demand on the power source. All our Quick Charger is weather proof and is suitable to be installed in outdoor environment.

With E-Charge Connectivity, the Quick charger can simply connect to the E-Charge Charging Network allowing charger management through Internet.
The charging procedure is simple. First, connect the charging cable to the vehicle. Second, tap the EV-Link on the charger. The charging process shall commence after the checking. The user will receive a SMS alert upon the completion of charging or upon charging error. When charging is complete, simply tap the EV-Link once more and discharge the cable. Then the user is good to go.
